1. Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours and prices accurately. However, slight variations in colour, size, finish and appearance may occur due to screen settings, material characteristics and manufacturing processes. Prices may change without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by PackShark. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or other operational reasons. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Customised Products

Customers must verify all artwork, spelling, dimensions, colours and specifications before approval. Production begins after approval, and PackShark will not be responsible for errors present in customer-approved designs or specifications. Reasonable manufacturing and colour variations may occur.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or circumstances beyond our control. PackShark is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us at 7678268259 within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos or videos. Claims are subject to verification and applicable law.

You must not misuse this website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, commit fraud or use its content for any unlawful purpose.
